Once you purchase a ticket, you have until three calendar days prior to the event to request a full refund. Fully paid tickets are transferable to another registration or you can transfer the cost of your ticket to a future event, in the event that you are unable to attend past the refund date. Yes, your ticket includes light breakfast and afternoon snacks. Lunch is on your own. Our location is a very short drive to incredible restaurants and amenities. Our team works tirelessly to create a safe and accommodating environment for all participants. If you have specific dietary needs due to food sensitivities, please send your questions/concerns to support@rockyourvision.net. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note: we encourage you to consider bringing your own meals/snacks if you have dietary restrictions/sensitivities that concern you. Your participation in this event serves as understanding and agreement that The Alice Project, LLC, T.A.P. We are thrilled to have participants from outside of the metro-Atlanta area. While we welcome all from near and far, we do not offer lodging or travel arrangements, so please plan accordingly.
