A: Our Founder, Coach Karen Hilton, is really passionate (ok obsessed) with creating a diverse community built on respect and dignity.
It’s also true that Karen’s faith as a Christ-follower has been a huge part of her journey.
For that reason, Karen is passionate about honoring that legacy in Rock Your Vision by building content and community that aligns as much as possible to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
She will be the first to admit that she is a little bit of a hot mess, and she has the life experience to prove it. She sits in judgment of no one.
We welcome all and we will do our best to honor the spirit and letter of Christian principles.
While our charge and charter is not to convert or preach the gospel for the purpose of requiring people to believe in Jesus Christ, it is incredibly common to see/hear references to the role that Christian faith plays in Coach Karen’s frameworks, experiences, etc.
Our entire team seeks to treat everyone with dignity and respect - AND we are unapologetic about our faith-fueled foundations.

A: YES! It sounds like Coach Karen’s Inner Circle is a better fit for you. The Inner Circle is a small co-hort style membership that is by application only, and is designed for the experienced leader/entrepreneur.
Because Coach Karen has a waiting list for her coaching calendar, membership opens once a year, and includes flexible monthly and quarterly programming designed to deepen the coaching experience for the committed individual.

A: We want you to feel empowered to make decisions that are right for you. Your membership in The Vision Caster's Academy is billed monthly. If within 7 days of billing you wish to cancel your membership, simply email us with the title "Cancel Membership" and we will issue a full refund for the month the request is received, and issue that refund within 7-10 business days of the refund request. Simply send an email to support@rockyourvision.net.
If your refund request is received 8 days or later after billing, your refund request will be applied to the following billing cycle and you will not be billed for that month. If by some error, you see a charge that is in error based on your refund request, please charge it to our heads and not our hearts. Simply email us at support@rockyourvision.net and we will promptly and in good faith research and address the issue.
