Meet Coach Karen
Our Founder Coach Karen Hilton was coming to the end of a difficult caregiving journey after a long career as an executive and community leader.
When that caregiving journey came to end, she found herself dreading going back to work. She couldn’t find the spark she needed to feel energized in her life and work. And then, she discovered something powerful.
It never occurred to her that she had the option to feel focused and connected to her purpose.
It was only when she began exploring how to help herself that she realized there were thousands of leaders who were experiencing the same disconnect from their own personal Vision.
And that is when Rock Your Vision was born.

I registered and paid but didn’t receive a confirmation. Where do I find that?
Please allow for up to 30 minutes for your confirmation to arrive in your email. If you don’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still aren’t able to find your confirmation email, kindly email us at communitysupport@rockyourvision.net and a member of our team will reach out to you directly within 48 hours.
Is this a faith-based organization?
Our Founder, Karen Hilton, often shares as part of her personal journey how important her Christian faith has been in navigating the journey of being a Vision-driven leader. She also shares how she longed for an environment and a community where she could explore the intersection of faith, work and life. Recognizing a similar story among her colleagues, Rock Your Vision was founded as a place where Christian faith is honored and celebrated. Coach Karen doesn’t apologize or diminish who she is, and she will not ask others to do so either, so long as people are treated with dignity and respect, and God is honored.
Is childcare provided?
Childcare is not provided.
Are refunds/cancellations permitted?
Once you purchase a ticket, you have until 10 calendar days prior to the event to request a full refund. Within that window a full refund is issued. If that window has passed, the monetary value of the event is transferable to another public Rock Your Vision event of equal value, within a year of purchase. We are delighted to consider emergent circumstances on a case by case basis, by simply emailing us at communitysupport@rockyourvision.net.
Do I have to live in the metro-Atlanta area?
We are thrilled to have participants from outside of the metro-Atlanta area. While we welcome all from near and far, we do not offer lodging or travel arrangements, so please plan accordingly.
Is there an age limit?
Real life, real talk is often a topic of discussion at RYV events. We request that participants are 18 years and up.
What if I have food allergies or need religious accommodations?
Our team works tirelessly to create a safe and accommodating environment for all participants. If you have specific needs due to food sensitivities or religious accommodations, please send your questions/concerns to communitysupport@rockyourvision.net. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What’s the dress code?
We encourage you to be as comfortable as you’d like to be, keeping in mind that our photographer will be roaming at events capturing still and video footage. So just remember, there is a good chance you will be in photos!
